I bought three black Sherpa jackets for my daughters from the GAP Acity store. I didn’t let them wear the jackets before washing — each one was washed separately at 30°C. However, after washing, the black outer fabric bled heavily into the white inner fleece, turning the inside completely black and discolored.
On September 28, 2025, I returned all three jackets to the GAP Acity store for inspection. On October 5, 2025, I received the inspection results, and all three claims were rejected. My inspection codes are uı000010375, uı000010376, and uı000010377.
I paid a total of ₺9,000 for these items, yet due to the severe color bleeding, none of them can be worn, leaving me at a clear loss. The issue is entirely related to fabric quality, and it’s unacceptable for the brand to blame the customer for a manufacturing defect.
Since returning to the store will not resolve anything, I’m submitting my complaint here. To help restore my trust in the GAP brand, I’m requesting that the jackets be exchanged for another color. I kindly ask that customer satisfaction be prioritized and that my issue be resolved appropriately.
