My Deposit Not Reflecting In Parimatch Account

I am writing regarding an issue with deposits not reflecting in my Parimatch account despite the money being deducted from my bank via UPI. I made two deposits on 30-01-2026 and 31-01-2026 with UTR numbers 703705325896 and 037089263079, respectively, but neither of these amounts has been credited to my Parimatch balance. These payments were made to my Parimatch account ID 583177266, and I have the related transaction details and screenshots, which I can provide as evidence. Following the issue, I submitted two separate tickets through your support system with ticket numbers 72987875 and 73018912, and I also contacted Parimatch via Instagram, but so far, I have not received any reply or assistance. The lack of response despite multiple attempts is very disappointing, especially given that this involves real money that is currently stuck. I request that my missing deposits be traced and either credited to my Parimatch account without further delay or refunded back to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of why the deposits did not reflect and why my previous support requests have been ignored, so that this situation is resolved promptly and does not happen again.
