Colorfastness Issues with Lufian Pants

I bought three pairs of Lufian pants about six months ago, and only the navy blue pair has significantly faded in color. Two other pairs of pants were washed in the same load with the same detergent and they came out fine. I asked for an inquiry to be made, but have heard nothing back. When I went to the company, they said it was my fault and took back the pants. It's unfortunate that a business I've dealt with for over two decades handled this situation so carelessly. I've noticed a decline in quality and service lately. Apparently, one defective pair of pants is acceptable enough for the company to risk losing a customer of 20 years. Their quality doesn't match the standards it used to, and their post-sales service policies have changed as they prioritize profitability over customer satisfaction.
