I purchased a waterproof Columbia ski jacket, expecting high quality. Since it’s a light-colored jacket, I followed the care instructions exactly and washed it after about a month. However, after washing, the fabric bunched up inside, causing visible deformities.
I took it back to the store for an inspection, refund, or exchange, and it was sent for review. However, it has been under inspection for weeks, with no update from Columbia. When I contact customer service, I am met with dismissive and unhelpful responses.
This jacket was for my daughter, and due to Columbia’s delay, she has been forced to wear her small, inadequate coat in rainy Istanbul weather. Spending ₺22,000 only to be left without a solution is beyond frustrating. Columbia, resolve this immediately—either replace the jacket or refund my money!
