Toluna Fails to Deliver $10 PayPal Cashout After Redemption
On 9 December 2025, I requested a PayPal cashout of $10 from my Toluna Influencers account. The points were redeemed as a virtual reward, but I have still not been able to receive the money because I can no longer log in to my Toluna account with my Gmail ID. I receive information that the reward has been redeemed, yet I cannot access my account to follow up on the payment or see the status of the PayPal transfer. Because of this login issue, I am currently unable to claim or confirm the $10 payout. I contacted Toluna customer support yesterday evening, but I have not yet received any resolution. I kindly request that my Toluna account login problem be fixed and that my $10 PayPal cashout from 9 December 2025 be processed and sent to my PayPal account as soon as possible.
