I am submitting a complaint regarding serious withdrawal issues with my BDG Win account. Recently, when I attempted to make wallet withdrawals, money was repeatedly deducted from me for withdrawal and UPI deposit purposes, but the payments were never credited back to me. In total, I have already paid several amounts, including ₹6,700, ₹15,000, and ₹18,500, and now I am being told once again to deposit an additional ₹20,000. Despite these repeated deductions, I have not received my rightful withdrawal amount. When I contacted BDG Win customer care about this issue, instead of resolving the problem or helping me recover my money, I was repeatedly told to deposit ₹20,000 again. This situation is extremely upsetting because my balance and the amounts already paid for withdrawals have not been returned, and I am being asked to pay even more without any solution. My BDG Win registered mobile number is 9877068642, and my user ID is 2276375. I request that BDG Win urgently return my balance and all funds taken from me for withdrawals, and that they stop requesting any additional deposits. I want my money returned as soon as possible, and I ask that all pending payments and my full balance be credited to me immediately without further delay.
