I purchased an LG dishwasher one year ago, but it has never cleaned dishes properly since the day I bought it. After nine months, I called LG’s service team for assistance. The first technician claimed that I should have reported the issue within three months, which was never mentioned at the time of purchase. They performed a software update and adjusted the salt and rinse aid settings, but the problem persisted.
A month later, I had to call for service again. This time, another technician adjusted the same settings but then said that the salt compartment and motherboard needed replacement. Interestingly, this technician stated that issues must be reported within six months, contradicting the first technician. Why should I be paying for part replacements when my dishwasher isn’t even a year old?
In just ten months, I have had two service visits, yet LG refuses to provide a product replacement. I own LG TVs and refrigerators with no issues, yet my dishwasher has been a problem from day one. LG Customer Service keeps sending technicians instead of offering a real solution.
I demand a product replacement, not just part repairs. If LG does not take responsibility, I will escalate my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect immediate support from LG to resolve this issue properly!
