LG Dishwasher Motor and Main Board Failure

We bought LG's highest-quality dishwasher, but unfortunately, its motor and main board have experienced some malfunctions. The service center has informed me that it will be necessary to keep it for a week in order to replace the motor and board. Typically, in a situation like this, it would be expected for them to replace the machine completely. Yet, here we are, washing dishes by hand every single day. We purchased the product half a year ago, and we have been patiently awaiting spare parts from the service center for the past month. It appears that spare parts are not available in their inventory. We've been waiting for the motor for a whole month now, and every time we inquire about when this ordeal will be over, they claim they're unable to contact the authorities at the moment. It's like we requested to speak with the LG owner! We are extremely disappointed with our initial purchase from them. What's our next move? We've passed it on to a lawyer for arbitration. We have invoiced a cleaning company for the dishwashing service, and we have decided to replace our 6-month-old LG machine with a new one.
