LG DFC533FV Dishwasher Defective on Arrival—No Support for Replacement

I purchased an LG DFC533FV dishwasher about a month ago, and it was installed by the authorized service team within the same week. However, a serious defect in the door was not immediately visible. A few days later, I noticed that one side of the door was pushed inward, clearly a manufacturing defect.
I immediately contacted LG’s service team, and they inspected the issue, forwarding the case to LG’s central office. Shockingly, my request for a replacement or refund was denied with an illogical and unacceptable excuse. Despite multiple calls to customer service, I have received no resolution.
This is not acceptable from a brand like LG. I demand that LG takes responsibility for their defective product and provides a replacement or refund. If my issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue legal action to claim my consumer rights. LG should stand behind its products instead of dismissing customer concerns!
