LG Dishwasher Lower Rack Hard to Move—Service Denies Responsibility

I purchased an LG dishwasher, but from the moment I started using it, the lower rack has been extremely difficult to slide. I contacted LG service, and a technician came to inspect it. After checking, he admitted, "I’ve never seen this issue before; only the main service center can resolve it." He took a video of the problem and left.
Later, I was told that no one is acknowledging this defect, and the service team is blaming me for user error. How is this a user issue when the rack doesn’t even move properly when empty? This is a brand-new appliance, yet LG refuses to take responsibility.
LG, I demand a proper solution! A defective product should be replaced or repaired under warranty. Ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable!
