My LG New Dishwasher Arrived Damaged - No One Helped Me




I purchased an LG dishwasher on June 27. The service team came for installation and opened the box for the first time themselves. Since the clean water and drain connections were short, they only performed a test; I wasn’t home at the time, but my wife was. The service team failed to notice the scratches and the embedded damage on the machine. As soon as I got home, I inspected the dishwasher, noticed the damage, and sent photos. I’ve been waiting since June 27—no one has called, visited, or followed up. I called again and resent the photos of the device. This time, they told me, “You didn’t send a photo of the box, so the process is on hold.” When I asked why they didn’t request that earlier, I received no answer. LG redirects me to the service, and the service refers me back to LG. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
