I ordered a product directly from Lancome’s official website during their Mother’s Day promotion. I paid for the item in full and was expecting timely delivery. Instead, the shipping company Kargoist returned my package without ever contacting me—no call, no message, no delivery attempt. I waited for ten days with zero updates, only to find out that the item had been returned and a refund was being processed without my consent. Lancome customer service simply blamed Kargoist, while Kargoist gave vague, unhelpful explanations without owning up to their error. Both companies are handling operations however they please, and I’m left stuck in the middle as the paying customer. I’m extremely disappointed. I demand accountability, proper communication, and immediate resolution from both Lancome and Kargoist.
