I Received an Empty Box from Lancome and Got No Help or Refund

I placed an order directly from Lancome’s official website expecting a premium experience, but instead I received an empty box—literally nothing inside. I immediately contacted their support team to report the issue. Shockingly, instead of investigating or taking accountability, they blamed the shipping company, which they chose and work with.

Lancome sent me a screenshot showing that the products were supposedly packed in four separate boxes. But all I received was one completely empty package. When I pressed further, they simply told me to deal with the shipping carrier myself. I ordered from Lancome, not the logistics company—how is this now my responsibility?

It’s been over a week, and I’m still stuck with no products, no refund, and no real support. Lancome’s refusal to take responsibility is beyond frustrating. There’s no direct representative I can speak to, and the whole situation feels like a complete brush-off. I paid for a full order and got nothing in return. Lancome must step up, take ownership of the issue, and either refund my payment or deliver the missing items immediately.
