I Still Haven’t Received My Refund from Lancome After Over a Month of Delays

I placed an order with Lancome (Order No: LNC1000543576), but due to a shipping issue, I was told that a full refund would be processed. That was over a month ago, and I’m still waiting. Despite being repeatedly assured that “the refund will be processed today or tomorrow,” nothing has happened.

I’ve called customer service more than 10 times to follow up, but I’ve received only vague promises with no results. I even contacted L'Oréal Türkiye directly, hoping they would escalate the matter—but again, nothing changed. Neither Lancome nor L'Oréal seems to care about resolving this issue, and I’m extremely disappointed with both brands.

It’s completely unacceptable to leave customers hanging like this, especially after acknowledging that the problem was on their end. I paid for a product I never received, and now they’re holding my money with no clear resolution in sight.

I demand that Lancome immediately process my refund without any further excuses. If this situation continues, I will continue to share this experience publicly across every platform possible to warn others.
