I placed an online order from Lancome and was incredibly disappointed with how it arrived. The package was delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo, visibly damaged and poorly resealed with tape. The box was soft, flimsy, and completely inadequate for protecting beauty products. When I opened it, I found that my full-size item and several testers were missing. The courier dropped the box and left immediately, not even allowing time to inspect the delivery.
I immediately contacted Lancome customer service, only to be told that they take no responsibility for the issue and that it’s entirely the shipping company’s fault. That is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from Lancome directly because I expected care, professionalism, and product safety—not to be dismissed and left dealing with loss on my own. This isn’t a cheap brand, and now I’m facing a potential loss of ₺ worth of product without any sign of compensation.
Lancome, you need to take responsibility for how your products are packed and shipped. I will not be ordering from your site again unless you make this right. I expect a full resolution, including either a refund or replacement for the missing items.
