I purchased a brand-new Kia EV3, and shockingly, the vehicle developed an ICCU (Integrated Charging Control Unit) failure after driving only 400 kilometers. This is completely unacceptable for a newly purchased electric car. My vehicle has now been in the service center for 20 days, and I still have not received it back.
What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of clear communication from the service team. All I am told is that they are waiting for the necessary part, but no one can provide a definite repair timeline or estimated delivery date. For a critical malfunction like this to occur so soon is deeply disappointing and has significantly diminished my trust in the Kia brand.
During this prolonged repair process, I have been left without my vehicle, facing daily inconvenience and financial losses due to my reliance on the car for my commute. I deeply regret purchasing this vehicle and feel frustrated by the poor after-sales service experience.
I demand that Kia immediately repair my vehicle under warranty, provide clear and honest updates on the repair timeline, and offer compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please resolve this matter urgently and restore my trust in your brand before the situation worsens further.
