Telegram Group Messaging Blocked on Android

I am using Telegram on an Android device and my account has been limited since about two weeks ago. Currently, I cannot send messages to groups, and I have not been given any clear reason for this restriction. I do not use my account for spam or any abusive activity, so I believe this limitation has been applied to my account by mistake. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, any incorrect spam or abuse flags be removed, and all limitations on my account, especially the restriction on sending messages to groups, be fully lifted so that I can continue using Telegram normally again.
