Free Cash Play App Stopped Working Before Withdrawal Earned

I have been using an app called “Free cash play and Earn money,” which I downloaded from the Google Play Store. Within about a week of playing, I collected around 2 dollars, which is about 7,000 points according to the app. During this time, I spent my time and energy playing the games to reach that balance. However, before I could ever withdraw any money, the original app suddenly stopped working and is no longer usable. I have never been able to make a withdrawal, and I do not know what happened to my account or to the money I earned. Now there is a new version of the app, and I am scared to subscribe or invest more time because I am worried it will behave like the old one and I will lose my time and earnings again. I request that the company explain clearly what happened to the old app and my account, and pay me the balance I already earned there. I also want a clear guarantee that the new app will not suddenly stop working or block my ability to receive the money I earn in the future.
