I own a Kia EV9, and for more than a month now, I’ve been completely unable to charge my vehicle using my AC charger. I took the issue to Kia GÜL-AL, and after inspection, they confirmed it’s a software-related problem. I was told a software update would fix the issue—but that was over a month ago, and I haven’t received any updates or communication since then.

This situation has caused serious financial and time-related losses, as I rely on this vehicle for daily use. Despite contacting Kia Çelik Motor by email, I have not received any response or acknowledgment there either. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and accountability from Kia.

If you market electric vehicles, you must be prepared to support owners with urgent technical issues—especially problems that make a car essentially unusable. I expect an immediate resolution, a timeline for the software fix, and compensation for the extended inconvenience I’ve endured. Kia, this needs your urgent attention.
