Please Remove My Device Ban On ShareChat

I use the ShareChat application on my Oppo F29 device and my device has been banned for about one month. The ban appears to be related to sexual conversation, but I was not given any clear or detailed explanation and I do not know exactly which content or action led to this result. Since the ban started, I have tried to reach ShareChat support, but I have not received any response so far. Not getting any information or feedback for this long is very upsetting and makes it impossible for me to correct any possible mistake. I request that my situation be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for the device ban, and that my device ban be removed if possible. If removal is not possible, I kindly ask you to provide a clear explanation and, if appropriate, consider a lighter sanction instead of a permanent device ban.
