Kia Has Not Fixed ICCU Issue on My EV3 and Gave Me a Gas Car Instead
Hello, I have a Kia EV3 model vehicle. On May 30, I was informed by Kia Sandıkçı Oto that my vehicle had an ICCU issue. The car was towed to the dealership. Even though I specifically requested an electric replacement vehicle, I was given a high-cost gasoline vehicle instead. From others who experienced the same issue, I learned that this part is simple and can be replaced quickly. Some people have already received their vehicles back in a short time. However, my car has been at the dealership for 5 days, and not only has the issue not been resolved, but I also haven’t received any updates. I should not be the one suffering due to your chronic issue. This situation is not fitting for a brand like Kia. I incurred significant costs while going on vacation, and now I’m left without my car during the holiday. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
