Difficulty Obtaining Dyson V12 Replacement Parts and Service Claims Not Met

About two and a half years ago, I bought a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. In October 2023, two months before the warranty expired, one of the vacuum heads failed. I contacted customer support to request a replacement or repair. During a video call, the representative confirmed the faulty head and promised me that they would initiate a replacement request. However, they stated that the head was out of stock and asked me to contact them again once it was supplied. Concerned about an issue occurring shortly before the warranty expired, I was assured, "Your request has been logged; there will be no problem." When I enquired at regular intervals, I was continually told that the item was still out of stock.

Dissatisfied, I asked, "Do I have to keep calling you like this, or is it possible for you to inform me when the stock is updated?" In answer, I was told that they did not provide such a service and that it was my responsibility to verify on a regular basis. Even six months after the product malfunctioned, they claim the necessary part is still unavailable. I strongly distrust their assertion that the part is out of stock. It's quite disheartening and unbelievable for Dyson, a worldwide famous corporate corporation, to engage in such activity simply to avoid providing a part. I demand a speedy resolution to my problem. Otherwise, I shall take legal action through the Consumer Court. The product serial number is N6C-EUPJA0795A.

After my complaint here, you called me and created an order record for the Dyson V12 head. However, in the past one and a half months, no product has reached me. I think you are joking.
