I Can't Get My Electrolux Dryer Fixed After 1.5 Months

On November 23, 2022, I purchased an Electrolux dryer from Media Markt. In March 2024, I sent the machine to service for maintenance. The service performed the maintenance, checked the machine, and returned it, stating there were no issues. However, about 10 days later, on April 9, 2024, the machine broke down again. I called the service, and they diagnosed the problem, stating that the control board needed to be replaced and they ordered the part.
To prevent the machine from getting dirty in the workshop, I requested that they return the machine to my home and pick it up again once the part arrived, which they kindly did. However, one and a half months have passed, and the part still hasn't arrived. I called the service and Media Markt, expressing that I no longer wanted to wait and requested a replacement for the machine. Both the service and Media Markt processed my request, but I received a response from the service stating that the regional manager did not approve the replacement.
Today, I spoke with Electrolux customer service about the issue, but still received no solution. They said they forwarded my request to the headquarters and that they would respond, but they couldn't give me a timeline. I have never encountered a brand so incapable of standing behind their product and resolving issues. I've used other brands of home appliances that also experienced malfunctions, but the problems were solved with part replacements within a week at most.
I bought an Electrolux dryer, currently worth about 2 minimum wages, and I've been waiting for a part for one and a half months. It's disgraceful. If you can't provide a part within one and a half months and can't resolve the customer's issue, and if you value your customers this little, you are failing at this business. I demand that my machine be replaced with a new one as soon as possible. I absolutely do not accept a part replacement anymore. Please resolve my issue promptly!
