I purchased a VPN service from Kaspersky, but I haven’t received the activation code. When I contacted your support team, I was told to reach out to my country’s representative, but I have been unable to get in touch with them. I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. Please either send me the activation code or provide a refund for the service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
