Kaspersky Premium Refund Request Ignored Despite 30-Day Guarantee

I purchased an annual Kaspersky Premium subscription for one device directly from their website. Shortly after, I decided to cancel the subscription and request a refund, as it falls under their 30-day money-back guarantee.

I contacted Kaspersky customer support immediately to initiate the refund process, but it has been three days, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer.

I am requesting that Kaspersky honors its refund policy and processes my reimbursement without further delay. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration, and I expect prompt action to resolve this issue.
