Kaspersky Premium VPN is Unusable, Refund Request Ignored for Days
I purchased a 1-year Kaspersky Premium membership specifically for its VPN service, but the VPN is unusable. Frustrated with its poor performance, I submitted a refund request via email five days ago, yet I have not received any response.
Their website provides no direct support, and clicking the phone number option simply redirects to an email form. This lack of proper customer service is extremely disappointing for a premium product.
I demand an immediate refund for the service that failed to meet expectations. Ignoring refund requests and offering no real support to paying customers is unacceptable. I expect Kaspersky to address this issue promptly and process my refund without further delay.
