Kaspersky Premium VPN is Unusable, Refund Request Ignored for Days


I bought Kaspersky Secure VPN and everything was fine at first, but after I chose to upgrade, my experience took a turn for the worse. I contacted their support team to ask about the upgrade process, but unfortunately, I didn't get a reply. I tried to fix the issue on my own by purchasing the premium version to keep using the VPN, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. When I attempted to utilise their advertised one-month money-back guarantee, my return request was left unanswered as well. It's disappointing to put your trust in a service that fails to deliver on its promises, especially when you encounter problems and find no support available. I am disappointed with Kaspersky's unresponsiveness and unreliability. I really hope they make some improvements to their customer service experience.
