Paid for Kaspersky VPN, Still Showing as Free Subscription and No Support Response


I paid ₺799 to subscribe to Kaspersky’s VPN service, but I’m unable to connect to the VPN. Despite my payment, my account still shows as a Free subscription. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support several times—I've sent four emails today alone—but have received no response. There’s no live support available either, making it incredibly frustrating. I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and support, especially after paying for the service. I need this issue resolved immediately, or I expect a refund.
