The situation has been ongoing for a long time even though the withdrawal is marked as approved, which is very stressful and disappointing. I request that 1xbet immediately pays the 200,000 CFA to my Orange Money account and properly checks what has gone wrong with this withdrawal. I expect a clear, final solution and not just generic responses, as this is my legitimate balance and I have respected all the rules of the platform.
