Kaspersky VPN Fails to Connect on Wi-Fi, No Support Available

I purchased an annual Kaspersky subscription expecting reliable performance, but I am unable to use the VPN while connected to Wi-Fi. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I cannot access any support to explain or fix the problem. The lack of customer service is frustrating and unacceptable for a premium product. Even lower-quality VPNs perform better than this. I am extremely disappointed and regret my purchase. I need immediate assistance to resolve this connectivity issue or a refund for the service. Kaspersky must take responsibility for providing proper support and ensuring their product functions as promised. Please address this issue promptly.
