I am writing regarding an issue with the invite bonus wheel in the Bdg app. I won a wheel bonus of 500, but when I try to withdraw this amount, my withdrawal request is rejected and I am not able to receive the money. I have already deposited and used my own money in the app, yet the 500 wheel bonus is still not being allowed for withdrawal. I tried to get help from customer care, but I did not receive any help or solution for this problem. I request that my 500 wheel bonus be approved for withdrawal and that the amount be credited to me without any further delay.
