Karcher VC6 Premium Fails to Collect Dirt Properly

I'm writing to tell you how frustrated I am with my Karcher VC6 Premium vacuum cleaner because it never seems to get dirt into its container. When I stop vacuuming, the machine dumps the dirt back onto the floor instead of keeping it. Even though the filter is clean and the container is empty, this problem still happens, even when the boost mode is used. Also, the way it works when it first starts is a huge disappointment. Even though I sent customer service videos of the problem, they said there wasn't one. I also asked my friends with similar, less expensive vacuums to send me videos. Their vacuums were able to pick up dirt without any problems. I sent a video showing the problem to the person who was assigned to my case through WhatsApp, but they haven't helped me or replied. If this vacuum cleaner can't even pick up the most basic dirt, it should be taken back and fixed. I think Karcher will back up their product.
