I Face Ongoing Connection Failures with My Karcher RCV5 Robot Vacuum Even After Service

I purchased the Karcher RCV5 Robot Vacuum, and for about a year it worked fine. But then it started throwing constant connection errors and eventually lost all connectivity. I sent it in under warranty, and they claimed the motor had been replaced and that it was tested and functioning properly. However, when I got it back, the same exact issue persisted — the vacuum still wouldn’t connect.
I sent it back again, hoping for a real fix this time. It was returned once more with the same assurances, but I still can’t establish a reliable connection with the robot. It disconnects constantly and never operates consistently. This is incredibly frustrating for a product I paid good money (₺) for, especially from a brand like Karcher.
I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, both by phone and email, but I’ve gotten absolutely no help. No one takes ownership of the issue, and I’m stuck with a defective product that fails to do its most basic task — connect and clean.
Karcher, this needs immediate attention. Either provide a replacement that actually works or offer a full refund. I didn’t invest in your product to waste hours troubleshooting or chasing down customer service.
