Karcher VC7 Vacuum Constant Servicing and Frustrating Customer Support

I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Karcher VC7 vacuum cleaner, and since then, I have had to send it to the service center five times. On its latest return, the device couldn't even last two minutes before the battery died. I sent it back once again, and they assured me that Yurtiçi Kargo would come to collect it within five business days. However, Yurtiçi Kargo only showed up on the last day. The problem-solving process has now exceeded 20 business days, and to make matters worse, Karcher claims they never received the product that was delivered to them on June 7th. The customer service department has been unresponsive, with wait times of 32 and 25 minutes during my last calls. The product is of poor quality, and the customer support has been subpar. I've tried contacting them via email, live chat, and various other channels, but to no avail. Dealing with Karcher has become a regrettable experience!
