I bought the best Karcher SV7 model, but after only 6 months, it started having problems with the steam and vacuum. It was hard to get through to customer service, anyway finally managed to contact them after trying hard. They said they'd fix the problem, but it'll take around 17 days. We were really excited to finally get the machine, but when we got it, we realized it was even more of a problem than it was before. It looked like they didn't even check it. The machine just doesn't work at all. They didn't fix it...just sent it back. Karcher should provide better service than this. The customer service after buying something is really bad. Not my problem if I can get this right...Just tell me what I should do with this thing going on here. Then we're done for good.
