Karcher Floor Cleaning Machine Leaving Stains and Lingering Odors

I bought a floor cleaning machine from Karcher a couple of months ago. Ever since its arrival, it has been nothing short of a disaster. It leaves my house dirtier than before, with terrible streaks and wet patches everywhere. I've tried every possible method, hoping it would improve with use, but it never sucks up the water properly. Moreover, it's definitely not worth the price I paid. It's basically an overpriced gimmick with no suction power. The machine even leaves my home smelling repulsive—I can't believe I spent so much money on this. I haven't contacted customer service yet, but honestly, I doubt they can do anything about it. The window cleaning machine is also subpar, but I can tolerate that to some extent. However, this is unbearable. My house smells awful every time I clean.
