MLBB Wrongfully Accused Me of Cheating After Device Change

I have been playing Mobile Legends for approximately 4 years. During that entire time, I was using a Redmi Note 10s phone and never experienced any problems or received any penalties while playing the game. Since my old phone became outdated, I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy A17 5G device and installed the game on this phone.
After playing the game on my new phone without any issues for about 3 days, I tried logging into the game on the morning of May 7 and was suddenly greeted with a message stating that my account had been banned for 30 years. The reason shown on the screen was “using plug-in applications to disrupt competitive fairness.” However, I have never used cheats, third-party applications, or any similar software. The only application on the phone is Samsung Game Tools, which comes pre-installed on newer Samsung devices by default. I believe the system may have mistakenly detected this built-in application as an unauthorized plug-in or cheating tool.
I contacted Mobile Legends support through the in-game support system regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response. I absolutely do not find it fair that a player who has spent years playing the game honestly and investing significant time into the account could receive such a severe punishment simply because of a default system application installed on a new phone.
I request that my Mobile Legends account (ID: 1319006751) be reviewed again and that this unfair 30-year ban be removed. As a player who has always played fairly and followed the rules, I kindly ask for my account to be restored and for this unfair situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
