Karcher SV7 Steam Cleaner Arrived Damaged—No Response from Support

Hello, I purchased a Karcher SV7 steam cleaner, and it was delivered to me last Friday. When I opened the box to use it, I immediately noticed a crack on the machine’s body.

I contacted customer support, and they requested that I send photos via email. I have now tried sending the photos at least 30 times, but they keep claiming they haven't received them. This is extremely frustrating—how can a premium brand like Karcher deliver a faulty product and then make it impossible for customers to report the issue?

I demand an immediate replacement or refund. Karcher must take responsibility for defective products and provide proper customer service!
