Defective Karcher S5100 Carpet Washer, and Unresponsive Support

I bought the Karcher S5100 carpet washer and I regretted it. It started having a problem with spraying water within a year. I can't even remember how many times I've called customer service, but I finally got through after trying really hard. They sent the machine to the service center, but it's been a whole week and they haven't given us any updates. Even though they said they would call back, they never did. They said there was no problem after more than 20 days, mentioned that it sprays water, and gave it back. During my vacation in August, the delivery person wouldn't leave it with my neighbor, so I had to go and get it myself. In September, when I opened the package, I found out that the bottom was broken, and it still doesn't give out water. I still can't get in touch with customer service. I'm regretting my decision to buy it from there; a trustworthy company shouldn't act so irresponsibly.
