Karaca Does Not Stand Behind Faulty Outlet Purchase

I purchased a defective product from the outlet. After using it for just one day, I had to leave the product at the service center. After 26 days, I was informed that the part could not be produced, and a refund would be issued. However, I want a replacement because prices have increased, and I prefer not to receive a refund. I regret trusting a Turkish company. Customer service informed me that they couldn't provide a similar product; they would either return the faulty item or issue a refund. Offering a refund without producing the product or having spare parts is unacceptable. This goes against the understanding of customer satisfaction.
