I have an affiliate account with Quotex as part of their trading platform affiliate program.
My account, registered with the email address ashrafdur****@534gmail.com and affiliate ID 211716, showed a commission balance of $101.20 but was suddenly suspended today.
Since the suspension, I have not been able to access my affiliate dashboard or use my commission in any way.
I access Quotex from Pakistan, and before this incident, I had not received any warnings or notifications about violations.
I have not yet contacted Quotex support directly, as I want this issue to be formally reviewed and resolved through this complaint.
I request that my Quotex affiliate account linked to ashrafdur****@534gmail.com and affiliate ID 211716 be unsuspended and fully reactivated, so that I can continue my affiliate activities normally and access my $101.20 commission.
I also request a clear explanation of why my account was suspended without any prior notice.
