Quotex Did Not Credit My $90 JazzCash Deposit

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a 90-dollar deposit I made to my Quotex account via JazzCash from Pakistan. On 4 March 2026 at around 11:43 p.m., I deposited 90 dollars through JazzCash, and the amount was successfully deducted from my JazzCash balance, but it has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account. I have a valid transaction/reference number from JazzCash for this payment, so the transfer was clearly processed on their side. When I contacted support, I was told that there was no need to submit a ticket at the moment, but my money is still not reflected in my Quotex balance, and I cannot use it for trading. I request that my 90 dollars be immediately credited to my Quotex account based on the existing JazzCash transaction, or that the issue be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay. I expect a clear update and confirmation as soon as possible.
