Deerma Vacuum Nightmare - Seeking Replacement, Not Refund

I bought a Deerma VC25 21.6V Wireless Vertical Vacuum Cleaner from Hepsiburada with a Deerma Turkey Warranty. Unfortunately, the product developed a flaw, so I sent it to an authorized service center for repair via Hepsiburada. The authorized service center was unable to repair the product within the timeframe specified, and more than a week had passed when they called to inform me that they were unable to repair it and would issue a refund. Consumer rights state that if a product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, it should be replaced. I paid 600 TL for the product when I first purchased it, and it is now nearly 3000 TL. I'm not looking for a refund; I'm looking for a replacement, which is my right under consumer protection laws. The whole thing has been frustrating and disappointing.
