PhonePe UPI Deposit Still Pending After Five Months

I am writing regarding a UPI deposit issue I have been facing with PhonePe and Paytm in Agra, India. On 11 November 2025, I made UPI deposits from PhonePe and Paytm to a PhonePe account, with a total amount of ₹300. However, even after 5 months, this deposit is still pending and has not been completed or refunded to my bank account. I have contacted customer care and was told that they are working on the issue, but until now, nothing has been resolved, and the money is still stuck. This long delay is causing me inconvenience and has reduced my trust in the service. I also have screenshots of the pending transaction as proof, which I can provide if needed. I request that the pending amount of ₹300 be immediately refunded to my bank account or that the transaction be completed without any further delay, and that I be properly informed about the status and reason for such a long delay.
