WMF Does Not Offer Legal Service Life and Replacement Parts

When my product broke, I took it to the authorized service, but they told me they didn't have any spare parts and couldn't do anything. Legally, the product must work for 7 years, and parts must be available. Neither the official service nor Seb Group, which sold the product in Turkey, could help me solve my problem. All they could do was offer me a 25% discount on a new product. This is not good enough. If spare parts are not available, I should get a new product or a refund. Stop making me wait and help me solve the problem. As a customer, I won't stand by and do nothing about this. I'm ready to do the right thing and send a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Official support has informed us that we cannot fix it because no replacement parts are available. The statute of limitations has not run out after 7 years. Now I must wait for some information to be dealt with.
