Amazon's Refusal to Address Product Damage and Price Difference
I got a product from Amazon Turkey that had a big tear in the middle, so I didn't want to take it and asked for an exchange. But when I told Amazon Turkey's customer service what happened, they said they could only give me a refund and couldn't help me exchange the item. But here's the catch: when I bought the same item before, the price had gone up, and when I asked for help to figure out why, they again refused to help. They told me to send the item back and buy it again at a higher price. They said it wasn't possible for me to keep the product even though it wasn't broken and pay less for it. This whole thing has made me feel like I've been treated badly as a customer. Amazon Turkey needs to do something about the fact that they won't fix the problem or make up for the price difference. I want the right kind of help to fix this sad situation.
