Joom charged me but didn’t ship my item, how can I get a refund?

Joom will refund you if they charge you for an item that has not yet been shipped or received.

Login to the "My Orders" tab and find the "Have you received your order?" question. Click on "No" next to it to do this.

Get in touch with support for assistance, and they'll notify you via email or the app once the return is finalized.

You can choose to have the funds refunded to the original payment method or added to your Joom balance once the request is processed. See My Orders or click the notification's link to choose your preferred method.

After an order is marked as "Refunded" by Joom, it typically takes 7–14 days for the reimbursement to be sent.
