Joom Took Payment But Never Sent Order Confirmation Or Tracking Details
I placed an order with Joom from Ireland on 11 May at 18:47 through the Joom website, which then directed me to the Joom app. I purchased a pair of Loslandifin women's pumps, light blue, UK size 40, for a total of €26.01 including a 10% discount and postage, with a promised delivery time of 8–10 business days. After completing the payment via my Revolut card, I did not receive any order confirmation email and therefore have no order number to track or manage my purchase. Since then, I have contacted Joom customer service at least ten times by email and also tried reaching them through the app, website support and even Facebook, but every time I am redirected to the same automated system. The tab I am supposed to click in order to proceed is highlighted in black and cannot be pressed, so I am unable to access any information or support about my order. I have screenshots of the shoes I ordered and of my payment, which I have already sent to customer services. Despite this, one agent even replied by email claiming that Joom does not sell shoes, which has added to my confusion and frustration. I am asking Joom to urgently locate my order based on my payment and account details, confirm it in writing and arrange immediate shipment of the Loslandifin light blue women’s pumps, UK size 40, as originally purchased. I also request clear written confirmation to my email address so that I can follow the status of my order properly.
