Joom Double Charged Me €58 and My Order Doesn't Exist
I placed an order today on the Joom website for two scooters, a pencil set and a school bag set, and the total amount of 432 EUR plus an additional 58 EUR was immediately charged from my6 N26 bank card. Despite the money being taken, my order does not appear anywhere on Joom and I have not received any order confirmation email. I only have the bank statements showing that the payments were made. The situation is even more problematic because the amount of 58 EUR was charged twice for the same product, in addition to the 432 EUR transaction. I tried to reach customer service, but I could only interact with a robot assistant, and my problem could not be solved and I did not receive any concrete help or information about my missing order. I did not create a Joom account, so I cannot see any order history; however, since the money has been withdrawn from my N26 account and I have proof through my bank receipts, I request that my order for the two scooters, the pencil set and the school bag set be properly created and delivered, and that the overcharged 58 EUR (or any other incorrectly charged extra amount) be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I ask you to investigate this issue urgently based on my email address telekiandre***@gmail.com and the payment details visible on your system, and to inform me in writing about the solution.
