I purchased a DP-666 TEF6686 Radio DSP Full Band Portable Radio with LCD Display High Sensitivity DSP Receiver from Joom, but when the package arrived on 26 March 2026, only the antenna was delivered and there was no radio in the box. I ordered a complete radio receiver and did not receive the main product. After noticing this, I reported the issue to Joom several times. I was informed that they do not respond to emails and that I should use the chat function, but the chat remains unanswered and I have not received any support or solution so far. I request that Joom either send me the correct DP-666 TEF6686 radio receiver that I paid for, or provide a full refund of my payment without further delay.
